The General Office of the CPC Central Committee held a forum  in December 26, 2016. It discussed the problems and measures on the current use of foreign capital and opening up. Expects from The NPC Law Committee Room, Administration of Foreign Exchange, Chinese CCPIT, Chinese Import and Export Bank, the relevant departments of Tianjin Free Trade Zone, attended the meeting. Professor Ge Shunqi who was invited to attend the meeting, made a statement on the problems and measures on the use of foreign capital in China.
