Ambassador Min Yang has served as a diplomat at the Chinese Embassy in Algeria, Tunisia and Mauritania for 42 years and served as the ambassadors of China to Togo and Madagascar. Ambassador Yang has studied Africa in an in-depth manner, summed up his experience in promotion of economic diplomacy and China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, and completed 1.5 million words manuscript on “How do Chinese companies enter Africa?”
