Professor Shunqi Ge was commissioned to carry out research on industrial planning on Dali Economic Development Zone, open economy, institutional innovation and other issues in June, 2015. The project group, in a period of 11 days field trip (from July 24 to August 5, 2015), has conducted in-depth research on economic circumstances of Dali economic and technological development, collected a lot of first-hand data, visited 10 key enterprises, organized 5seminars, analyzed the relevant policies of Yunnan Province, Dali Prefecture, and the development zone, and wrote a research report based on the relevant domestic and foreign data collected in the previous period. The report includes eight topics and is approximately 300,000 words.

During August 28 to 30, 2015, Professor Shunqi Ge went to Dali, and conducted a special report to leadership above the middle level of the zone on the outcome of the subject, and then after a week’s careful revision, completed the project.
